Acting for Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited as the trustee of Amata Summit Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (AMATAR), in the financing of its asset acquisition from Amata Summit Ready Built Company Limited for the establishment of the AMATAR.

Acted for Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. in the financing of its asset acquisition from Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. for the establishment of IMPACT Growth Real Estate Investment Trust or IMPACT Growth REIT.

Advised The Siam Commercial Bank PCL on the Baht 18.2 billion loan facility to Charoen Pokphand Holdings Co., Ltd. for the subscription and acquisition of shares in True Corporation PCL.

Advised CIMB Bank Berhad, Labuan Offshore Branch on the up to USD 120 million facility to Charoen Pokphand Holdings Co., Ltd. to refinance its existing indebtedness and finance the payment of the arranger fee relating to the facility.

Advised CIMB Bank Berhad, Labuan Offshore Branch, Maybank International Labuan Branch on the up to USD 480 million facility to Worth Access Trading Limited to refinance its existing indebtedness and finance intercompany loans and any fees, costs and expenses relating to the facility.

Advised CP All PCL, the local operator of 7-Eleven convenience stores in Thailand, on the acquisition of shares and equity interest in Siam Makro PCL, the operator of Makro cash-and-carry stores in Thailand, from its major shareholder and public shareholders, and the acquisition financing arranged by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and The Siam Commercial Bank PCL.

Acted for True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of True Corporation PCL, in the financing of license fees for 1800 MHz in a form of letters of guarantee as required by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission in the amount of approximately THB 21 billion.

Acted for True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of True Corporation PCL, in the financing of license fees for 900 MHz in a form of letters of guarantee as required by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission in the amount of approximately THB 73 billion.

Advised MQDC Town Corporation Limited, MQDC Town Royal Place Limited, MQDC Town Royal Residence Limited and Royal Aspen MQDC Town Limited as borrowers in THB 19 billion syndicate financing for their 'The Forestias' project.

Advised Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited as borrower on its financing transactions with onshore and offshore lenders for the acquisition of shares in Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited (INTUCH).

Advised Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Bangkok Branch in a USD 90,000,000 term loan financing transaction (and amendment and restatement transaction with additional USD 80,000,000 facility) to Prinx Chengshan Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for the purposes of, among others, partial financing of the construction costs and purchase costs of the tire production plant project and financing the payment of fees, costs and expenses incurred by the borrower in connection with the facility.

Acted as Thai legal counsel to Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch on the up to USD 500,000,000 facility provided by the syndicated lenders to C.P. Merchandising Co., Ltd. (a Thai company that is a subsidiary of CP Group) to finance, among others, the general corporate requirements of the borrower.
