Mariana Piedrahita is an associate in the Global Immigration & Mobility Practice.
Mariana represents employers in the global transfer of personnel in all aspects of US employment-based immigration matters. She has experience advising a broad array of clients, from individuals to multinational companies, in numerous industries including emerging technology, energy, healthcare, and finance.
Practice Focus
Mariana’s practice focus is in the area of corporate business immigration, assisting corporate employers on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Mariana has experience with non-immigrant visa petitions (L-1, H-1B, O-1 and TN) and immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3). Mariana’s practice experience also includes drafting extensive and complex responses to USCIS requests for evidence.
