Biography

Kendrick M. Peterson is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, based in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining the Firm, Kendrick served as a federal law clerk for the Southern District of West Virginia and earned a Dual JD/MPP.

While in law school, Kendrick was a member of the Policy Advocacy Law Clinic, Trial Competition Team, and co-leader of the Alternative Spring Break Domestic Violence Prevention Team.

He regularly supports matters involving dispositive motions, complex market dynamics, multidisciplinary litigation and other antitrust issues. His recent work includes supporting a leading technology company in cross-border discovery disputes, crafting litigation strategies to protect user privacy and platform integrity, and advising on First Amendment defenses in subpoena challenges.

Practice Focus

Kendrick draws on multidisciplinary litigation experience, deep policy training, and a federal clerkship background. Kendrick advises clients on antitrust litigation involving government investigations, private disputes, monopolization claims, pricing practices, and other forms of anti-competitive conduct. In addition, Kendrick routinely assists with litigation involving data privacy and consumer protection.
