
Kendrick M. Peterson
Biography
Kendrick Peterson is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, based in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining the Firm, Kendrick served as a Federal Law Clerk for the Southern District of West Virginia and earned a Dual JD/MPP. He regularly supports matters involving dispositive motions, complex market dynamics, multidisciplinary litigation and other antitrust issues.
Practice Focus
Kendrick advises clients on antitrust litigation involving government investigations, private disputes, monopolization claims, pricing practices, and other forms of anti-competitive conduct.
