Guian Carlo Pasion
Biography
Guian Carlo Pasion is an associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Tax Practice Group. He is a certified public accountant and lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, energy, taxation, project financing, corporate law, estate planning, EPC contract review, and dispute resolution.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2023.
Guian currently teaches Basic Taxation Law and related subjects at the Far Eastern University Institute of Law and the National College of Business and Arts.
Practice Focus
Guian’s practice focuses on general tax planning, wealth management, transactions, tax controversy, and litigation. His experience spans advising on complex investment transactions, regulatory compliance, and legal risk mitigation for both domestic and international clients.
