Oskar Ödmark
Biography
Oskar Ödmark is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Corporate Group in Stockholm. He joined the Firm as an associate in 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, he was the founder and CEO of Flashe Gaming, where he led the company since its inception through complex legal and business challenges, including corporate governance, several financing rounds for institutional investors, international licensing, and financial structuring. With a Master of Laws from Stockholm University and dual degrees in mechanical engineering and commercial law from Linköping University, Oskar brings a multidisciplinary perspective to legal problem-solving, combining technical insight with a strong foundation in business and law.
