Biography

Louise is the Senior Knowledge Lawyer for Baker McKenzie's London Dispute Resolution Group. She is responsible for the team's training and knowledge needs, as well as assisting with technical legal queries and client training. She supports the breadth of the team's practice and specialisms, with a main focus on commercial litigation. Prior to her knowledge role, Louise was a Senior Associate in the Disputes team. 

Practice Focus

Louise trained at the Firm, qualifying into the Disputes team in 2013. Her practice background includes product liability litigation, international commercial arbitration, and a broad remit of general commercial litigation, typically with a cross-border focus. Louise also has experience of internal investigations relating to allegations of bribery and corruption, and contentious trusts work. Her experience includes undertaking client secondments and working on complex multi-party, multi-proceeding, cross-border work.

Louise authors articles in her capacity as a member of The Law Society's Dispute Resolution Section Advisory Committee, as well as presenting at events in this role, for example at Law Society Conferences and London International Disputes Week. She also authors the England and Wales chapter of the Firm's Global Privilege Handbook, and previously wrote for LexisPSL’s Case Analysis Expert Panels.
