
Mark Nemeth
Biography
Mag. Mark Nemeth is a junior associate of Baker McKenzie’s Commercial Team in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm in January 2023, he obtained professional experience as a judicial clerk at the Higher Regional Court Vienna and as a paralegal in several Viennese law firms. He studied law and Transcultural Communication at the University of Vienna. He gained international experience as an exchange student at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In August 2025, he passed the Austrian bar exam with distinction.
