Biography

Mag. Mark Nemeth is a junior associate of Baker McKenzie's IPTech Team in Vienna. Prior to joining the Firm in January 2023, he obtained professional experience as a judicial clerk at the Higher Regional Court Vienna and as a Paralegal in several Viennese law firms. He studied law and Transcultural Communication at the University of Vienna. He gained international experience as an exchange student at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Practice Focus

Mark advises multinational and domestic clients on intellectual property and related litigation, including trademark, copyright and unfair competition, as well as consumer protection, e-commerce and data protection.
