Biography
Andréas Monteux is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris.
He advises French and international clients in complex commercial disputes and cross‑border litigation, before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
Prior to joining the Firm, he completed several internships in leading international and French law firms. He works in both French and English.
Practice Focus
Andréas focuses his practice on commercial dispute resolution and cross-border litigation, with an emphasis on disputes arising from the performance or termination of contracts, as well as construction, industrial and infrastructure disputes. He acts in proceedings before both state courts and arbitral tribunals.
He also assists clients in international disputes involving private international law issues and arbitration.
He is further involved in pre-litigation phases and provisional measures and has experience in white-collar and financial crime.
