Biography

Brianna Miller is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Transactional Practice Group in Chicago. Prior to joining the Firm, Brianna worked as a senior legislative aide at the Ohio Senate. While in law school, Brianna served as executive editor of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.

Practice Focus

Brianna advises clients on various transactional matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other strategic transactions.
