Biography
Ana is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Miami Office and a member of the North America Transactional Group.
Ana began her legal career as a summer associate in the Firm’s Miami office. Prior to law school, Ana worked in the financial industry as a Private Banking associate.
In addition to having native fluency in English and Spanish, Ana has working proficiency in French.
Practice Focus
Ana focuses her practice on corporate matters, with an emphasis on cross border acquisitions, debt financing, and corporate reorganizations.
