Biography
Ewa Marcisz is a counsel and a member of the International Commercial & Trade Practice.
She joined the Firm in 2016. Ewa graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2010. She holds a PhD in Law from the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Her experience includes advising on corporate, trade, and commercial matters, with a focus on complex national and cross-border projects.

Her experience includes advising on regulatory issues related to supply chains, corporate compliance, corporate governance, and directors' liability. She supports clients in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, including economic sanctions. Ewa also advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of commercial activities. Her work includes negotiating and drafting agreements, localizing terms and conditions, and addressing specific commercial risks.
