Elena Mani Solanes
Biography
Elena Mani is a junior associate in the Intellectual Property and Commercial, Tech & Transactions Practice Group as well as the Mergers & Acquisition Practice Group in our Zurich office. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Zurich and an international LL.M. She joined the Firm as a trainee lawyer in Zurich. Subsequently, she worked as a law clerk at a district court in Zurich. She was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2026 and rejoined the Firm in the same year.
Practice Focus
Elena advises clients on intellectual property and technology matters. She also advises on the IP and technology aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and spin offs, and frequently works on multijurisdictional matters. In addition, Elena advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate transactions, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions.

- Advised pom+Group's shareholders and management team on the strategic partnership with White Peaks Capital.
- Advised the shareholders of Swiss Cardio Technologies AG on their sale to Abacus Medicine Group.
- Advised a global pharmaceutical company on a number of licensing agreements.
- Advised international companies on the technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions.
