Eduardo Lortia-Díaz is a junior associate in Baker McKenzie's Mexico City office, a certified public accountant and a master's degree in taxation. He has more than 10 years of experience providing advice and support to local and multinational companies in tax planning, audit attention, tax refund requests in favor and tax compliance.
Practice Focus
Eduardo has experience in tax compliance, attention to audits by tax authorities, and requests for tax refunds. In relation to his experience in industrial sectors, he has had the opportunity to work in mass consumption, construction companies, among others.

- Advised companies on the design and implementation of procedures in compliance with tax obligations and in establishing appropriate risk management policies.
