• Advised on a master licensing and services agreement in connection with a pilot and exclusive service delivery agreement for a health authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Advising a regional provider of fintech services on the contractual arrangements for its data licensing offering.
• Drafted and negotiated technology agreements across a range of digital transformation projects, including SaaS, cloud-based solutions, platform services and  electronic communication services.
• Advised on commercial negotiations with leading global technology companies and telecom operators in Italy and the Middle East.
• Provided strategic advice on legal and regulatory risks embedded in a variety of complex commercial projects in private and public-sector environments.

Data Privacy

• Supported a global technology company on a multi-jurisdictional risk assessment project covering the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, including local consumer protection and data protection obligations. 
• Advised a global platform company on licensing requirements for regulated activities, platform liability, marketing regulations, data protection and consumer protection requirements, cybercrime laws, content publishing and regulation.
• Assisted a leading petrochemical company with their data protection remediation project to align their internal policies,  processes and documents with the data protection laws and regulations in the UAE and Abu Dhabi Global Market.
• Assisted national and international banks with their data protection remediation projects to align with the new data privacy obligations in the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Advised on the implementation of GDPR projects for national and multinational companies, supporting clients with GDPR trainings, compliance reviews, privacy risk assessments, drafting of internal policies, drafting and negotiation of Data Processing Agreements and other relevant documents.
• Provided strategic advice to TMT clients on managing privacy and competition compliance risks.

• Advised leading international technology and life sciences companies on the application of health data regulation to technology-driven healthcare projects in the Middle East, including cross-border processing and localization of health and patient data.
