• Advised and defended a major oil & gas company during an 8 year consecutive audit performed by tax authorities, in which the trial was avoided, during the audits and conclusive agreement procedures.
• Advised and defended an important telecommunications company in several audits performed by tax authorities, in which the trial was avoided, during conclusive agreement procedures.
• Defended a major oil & gas company in tribunals in which a royalty item was challenged by the tax authority, obtaining a successful judgement in favor of the company.
• Assisted a large multinational company in the automotive industry in a complex tax and transfer pricing audit.
• Assisted multinational drilling companies in tax controversy matters, as well as tax litigation processes.
• Assisted several companies in administrative processes before the Mexican Tax Authority (invitation letters, cancellation/suspension of digital certificates to issue invoices, black-listed taxpayers processes among others).
• Assisted several companies in the recovery of CIT/VAT.
• Participated in several trials before the Tax Court, Supreme Court of Justice, District Court, and the Tax Administration, considered the most complex and important trials in Mexico.
