Biography

Janice is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Palo Alto office and is a member of the Firm’s Employment & Compensation practice.

Prior to joining the Firm, Janice was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Benita Y. Pearson of the Northern District of Ohio.

In law school, Janice was a judicial extern for the Honorable Sharon J. Coleman of the Northern District of Illinois. Janice also served as the senior development editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.

Practice Focus

Janice’s practice covers a wide range of labor and employment matters in state and federal court. Janice represents clients in litigation matters on a wide variety of employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of employment agreement and trade secret misappropriation claims.
