Biography

Emilien Lerouge is a junior associate in the Corporate Finance Practice Group of the Brussels office.

In addition, Emilien has been a teaching assistant in corporate law at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) since September 2025.

Practice Focus

Emilien advises clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate law matters, including public and private M&A, and private equity investments, as well as capital markets transactions. He advises on other general corporate law matters, such as corporate governance, corporate restructuring and ESG matters. He works with companies in a variety of sectors and industries.

  • Advised Pluxee International SAS on its acquisition of Skipr SA.
  • Advised Septentrio and its shareholders on the sale of Septentrio to Hexagon
  • Advised Belgian Issuer on EUR 54 million cross border Series A financing round with international syndicate of reputable strategic investors and private equity funds.
  • Advised MDxHealth, a Belgian pharmaceuticals company, on the registered public offering for total gross proceeds of USD 40 million.
  • Advised Aurelius on its acquisition of What's Cooking Savoury Belgium NV.
