Marguerite Le Nail

Marguerite Le Nail joined the M&A department of Baker McKenzie in 2023. Marguerite is practicing merger and acquisition transactions for French and foreign clients. She assists clients in structuring and implementing complex domestic and cross-border reorganizations, coordinating their implementation worldwide from Paris.

She also advises French listed and private companies on the organization of their corporate governance and equity transactions.

Marguerite holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the DJCE of Lyon III University, completed a year of study in Corporate Law and International Maritime Law at the University of Southampton, and is admitted to the Paris Bar.
