Biography
Regina Lavín is part of Baker McKenzie's International Trade Practice Group in the Monterrey office as a junior associate. She joined the team in 2023 and focuses her practice on matters related to foreign trade and customs.
Practice Focus
Her practice mainly consists on foreign trade and customs matters, including consulting and strategic planning, customs compliance, advising on self-correction and regularization strategies, legal counsel on foreign trade promotion programs such as IMMEX and VAT Certification, as well as the development, handling, and resolution of litigation, audits, and other controversies related to foreign trade, among others.
