Dr. Laczkó Máté
Biography
Máté is an attorney of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Group where he is advising major Hungarian and multinational companies on complex pharmaceutical law issues, including clinical trials, non-interventional trials, promotion of medicinal products, interactions with healthcare professionals, licensing and market access matters. Máté also has experience in various data protection and digital health matters in the life sciences industry.
Máté has a broad experience covering different categories of healthcare products, encompassing pharmaceuticals for both human and animal use also including radiopharmaceuticals and controlled substances, medical devices, food supplements, infant formula, cosmetics and other healthcare items. This broad experience allows him to guide clients through product-specific regulatory challenges.
Before joining the Budapest office of Baker McKenzie, Máté had been working as a junior associate at a Hungarian law firm with a membership in an internationally recognized alliance of law firms, practicing pharmaceutical law, employment law, corporate law and data protection law.
