Biography
Esmee Kooke is an Associate within the Amsterdam Indirect Tax team. She joined the Firm in September 2023.
Practice Focus
Esmee focuses her practice primarily on inbound and outbound customs and trade matters. She advises national and international clients on customs and trade compliance issues, including customs valuation, origin, tariff classification, free trade agreements, export controls and sanctions issues. Moreover, Esmee's practice has a particular focus on ESG supply chain (reporting) requirements, including CBAM, the EU Deforestation Regulation and the EU Forced Labour Regulation.
