Abigail King
Biography
Abi is an associate in Baker McKenzie's tax practice in London. Abi is an English qualified tax lawyer who practices in corporate tax law, with a particular emphasis on international tax planning and transactional tax. She has spent time on secondment to the London branch of a global investment bank, and is currently on secondment to Baker McKenzie's New York office.
Practice Focus
Abi regularly advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings, particularly in a cross border context. She also advises on a wide range of multinational group tax planning matters, including in relation to Pillar Two.
