René Kühn
Biography
René Kühn is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Firm's M&A and Real Estate Practice Groups. He joined the Firm in 2020 as a trainee lawyer and re-joined as an associate in 2025. Prior to rejoining the Firm in 2025, he worked as a research assistant at the University of St. Gallen in the fields of contract, corporate and accounting law.

René advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate, finance and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
