Biography
Christina Khoo is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Corporate Group based in London. Christina practices in corporate law and advises clients in relation to corporate reorganisations and general English company law matters. Her primary focus is structuring and implementing complex cross border reorganisations and she is a member of Baker McKenzie's Global Reorganisations Group.

- Advised a Danish multinational pharmaceutical company with a subsidiary governance review and playbook.

- Advised a multinational professional services company on various post-acquisition integration and entity clean-up matters.
- Advised a leading insurance provider on various holding company restructurings and legal entity rationalisations.
- Advised Cummins on the separation of its filtration business.
- Advised Thales on the divestment of its Ground Transportation Systems business to Hitachi Rail.
- Advised a global aerospace/defence company on the restructuring of its European operations which involved a UK/Netherlands cross-border merger.
