  • Advised Nahdi Medical Company, the largest retail pharmacy chain and fast-growing omnihealth platform in Saudi Arabia, on its IPO of 39,000,000 shares, representing 30% of the company's capital, on the main market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). The deal is valued at SAR 5,109,000,000 (USD 1.36 billion).
  • Advised First Mills Company, one of the four leading milling companies in Saudi Arabia, on its IPO of 16,650,000 shares, representing 30% of the company's capital, on the main market of the Saudi Exchange. The deal is valued at SAR 999,000,000 (USD 266,400,000).
  • Advising a syndicate of eight underwriting banks on Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company's SAR 7.95 billion rights issue, one of the largest rights issues in the history of the Saudi market.
  • Advising several listed insurance companies in their public mergers in the Saudi market.
  • Advising a seller in the sale of its subsidiary to a third party in a private M&A deal.
  • Advising pro bono clients about their rights and entitled compensation under Saudi law.
  • Reviewing and finalizing agreements relating to corporate and commercial law.
