Biography

Gwen Karanadze is an associate in the Transactional Group in Baker McKenzie's New York office, where her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions.

Practice Focus

Gwen advises both public and private clients in mergers, tender offers, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, and other strategic corporate transactions. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Gwen advised a publicly traded technology company in Silicon Valley on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private and public company equity investment, and post-merger restructuring.
