
Paula Kampits LL.M.
Biography
Paula Kampits is an associate of Baker McKenzie's Dispute Resolution Practice Group. From 2023 onwards, she worked as a Law Clerk in Baker McKenzie's Corporate/M&A and ESG Practice Groups in both the Vienna and Brussels offices. She further gained experience at the Austrian Broadcasting Service, the Promotional Bank of the Austrian Federal Government and at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Zurich.
During her studies at the University of Economics and Business Administration, she focused on Competition Law and Human Rights.
Practice Focus
Her practice focuses on commercial arbitration as well as corporate and ESG litigation, with a particular interest in cross-border disputes.
Representative Legal Matters
- Represented a Central-European energy company in a post-M&A arbitration under the ICC Rules
- Advised an Austrian distribution company on cross-border liability
