Yasmin Kalhori
Biography
Yasmin is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s tax practice in London. She is an English‑qualified tax lawyer and advises on all aspects of UK corporate taxation, with a particular focus on transactional tax, international tax planning and real estate taxes.
While at her previous firm, Yasmin spent time on secondment to the London branch of a global consumer goods and lifestyle company.
Yasmin’s previous roles include serving as a Special Advisor to a Cabinet Minister in the Cabinet Office.
Practice Focus
Yasmin advises on all aspects of UK corporate tax, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions and real estate investments.
