Biography
Natasha is an associate in the Financial Services Regulatory team in the London office. She has experience in advising both traditional financial institutions and fintech clients on the application of regulation and international compliance obligations, including advising on engagement with the FCA.
She has particular experience on cross-border matters covering payments, cryptocurrency, consumer lending, anti-money laundering and insurance and has advised large fintech clients on their global expansion strategies.

- Advised one of the world's largest technology companies on their ability to advertise and promote their crypto-asset products and platforms both in the UK and internationally
- Advised a global card issuer on a number of regulatory issues including AML processes and procedures
- Advised a large merchant acquirer firm on issues relating to its high risk industry verticals
- Advised on a complex matter for a PRA and FCA regulated financial institution relating to the transfer of its business
- Advised an international payments fintech on the terms of its commercial contracts
- Advised a retail investment platform trading in stocks and crypto-assets on regulatory issues relating to its launch in the UK and other European jurisdictions
- Advised on a combined FCA and PRA enforcement investigation
