Biography
Cornelia Hoene is an associate and member of the Tax Practice Group in Baker McKenzie's Frankfurt office. She has several years of experience in providing tax advice on national and international corporate tax issues focusing on transactions and tax-efficient structuring. Before joining the Firm, she worked in the M&A Tax department of a leading international accounting firm.
Practice Focus
Cornelia's tax practice focuses on tax planning and structuring in all phases of M&A transactions as well as (cross-border) restructurings. She also advises on special tax matters in relation to investment funds and financial institutions.
