Hayato Higa
Biography
Hayato Higa is a member of the Firm's IP Tech Group in Tokyo. Prior to joining the Firm, Hayato worked for an asset management company as an in-house counsel. He is currently on a virtual part-time secondment to one of the major cloud services companies, where he focuses on IT agreement drafting and review.
Practice Focus
Hayato focuses on information technology-related law, including IT agreement drafting and privacy law advice. He assists domestic and international companies in various industries (including automotive companies, Japanese trading houses and online platform providers) on data protection laws and regulations. He also works on intellectual property law matters.
