Biography

Marah Hashem is an associate at Helmy, Hamza & Partners, Baker McKenzie Cairo. Her practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory corporate matters. She provides corporate and commercial advice to assist companies in operating within the heavily regulated corporate environment. She obtained her LLB from Cairo University's Faculty of Law in 2017. Marah also obtained an additional Business Law course from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2018 and was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in that same year.
