Logan Haller
Biography
Logan Haller is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Dallas office and is a member of the North American Transactional Practice Group with a focus on M&A and CBTI. Logan began her career with Baker McKenzie as a summer associate in 2024.
Practice Focus
Logan practices in the area of corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and integrations along with various corporate, securities, finance and other transactional matters. She represents buyers and sellers in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
