Keiko Hachisuka is a member of the Corporate/M&A Group in the Firm’s Tokyo office. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, she worked for a prominent global Japanese bank.

Keiko focuses her practice on general corporate law. She advises global companies on labor related matters and legal matters related to reorganizations in Japan.

- Provides general corporate law advice, review of business contracts such as administrative contracts and labor related contracts, and regulatory advice to clients in various fields, including food manufacturers, IT companies, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, tourism companies and service providers.
