Helen Griffiths
Biography
Helen is an associate in the Commercial, Technology, Data and Transactions team of our London office. She joined Baker McKenzie as a trainee in March 2021 and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in March 2023.
Practice Focus
Helen focuses on a broad range of commercial, data and technology matters across various sectors, including the manufacturing, life sciences and technology industries. She has advised various multinationals on their global data protection compliance policies and procedures and regularly assists with data and commercial due diligence matters.
Helen has experience advising on and assisting with drafting and negotiating transitional services, manufacturing and supply arrangements, and has experience in regulatory and consumer law. Her experience includes:
- Secondments at a large life sciences company as well as to our Hong Kong office;
- Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of a complex deal-critical supply agreement and a transitional service agreement for a client in the life sciences sector;
- Drafting and negotiating transitional service agreements for various clients in the technology and life sciences sectors;
- Drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements for a client in the manufacturing sector; and
- Leading negotiations of various vendor agreements whilst on secondment to a client in the life sciences sector.
