Rachel Gray
Biography
Rachel Gray is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Chicago Office.
While in law school, Rachel served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and was a member of the Dean's Honors Scholars program.
Practice Focus
Rachel advises clients on various transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions.
