Maher Ghalloussi

Maher advises on technology and data privacy matters for clients, including national and multinational businesses and global providers of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) services.

He assists in advising local and international clients on their IT projects including regulatory and compliance issues in sectors as diverse as information technology, telecommunications, media, transportation and automotive in the context of transactions, negotiations and investigations.

Maher also provides support on drafting, negotiating and executing technology agreements concerning the implementation of digital and technology solutions, focusing on data protection law.
