David Fronckowiak
Biography
David Fronckowiak is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group in San Francisco. Prior to joining the Firm, David was a Managing Editor of The George Washington University International Law Review. David also served as a member of GW Law’s Moot Court Board and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and, representing GW Law, placed as a quarterfinalist at the 2018 Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court.
Practice Focus
David advises public and private companies on a wide range of transactional matters, including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and integration projects.
