Krzysztof Flis
Biography
Krzysztof Flis is a tax adviser in Baker McKenzie's Warsaw office. He focuses on tax litigation and customs proceedings as well as the tax and customs implications of international trade transactions. He regularly advises clients in the FMCG, automotive, fuels and energy, retail, heavy industry and trade sectors.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie in 2011, he worked at a Big Four audit firm and a tax advisory firm in Poland.
Practice Focus
Mr. Flis has represented several clients in tax and customs litigation before public administrative authorities and administrative courts. He has also managed several complex projects aimed at preparing large production firms for changes arising from Poland's accession to the European Union. Mr. Flis has also advised on the implementation of complex tax and customs solutions as well as the related changes in business structure of enterprises.
