Elisa Deuffic
Biography
Elisa Deuffic is a member of Baker McKenzie's Investigations, Compliance & Ethics team in Paris.
She joined Baker McKenzie in 2023 after completing an internship with an Anglo-Saxon law firm focusing on banking and financial regulation. She also completed an internship in the legal department of a major CAC 40 group, working on compliance and stock market law.
Elisa graduated from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the ESCP Business School.
Practice Focus
Elisa advises on compliance issues, helping clients to meet their obligations in terms of anti-corruption, money laundering, whistleblowing, sanctions, export control, and ESG.
She regularly works on internal investigations following allegations of white-collar crimes and assists clients in the context of audits launched by French authorities.
Elisa also advises on banking and financial regulation issues.
