Valeria de Lucia

Valeria de Lucia joined Baker McKenzie in 2023. She is an associate and member of Baker McKenzie’s Employment group in Paris.

She assists French and international groups and companies operating in a wide variety of sectors with all individual and collective aspects of work relationships (advisory and litigation services).

She handles issues relating to day-to-day human resources management and the social aspects of restructuring operations.

Valeria previously worked for various law firms and for the Paris Court of Appeal. She also experienced being an in-house lawyer for several years within the human resources departments of EDF Group and Doctors Without Borders' association.
