Johanna Da Costa
Biography
Johanna Da Costa is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Paris office. Before joining the Tax Group in 2014, Johanna trained in internationally renowned law firms and has done a one-year internship in the tax department of Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, a Safran Group member.
Practice Focus
Johanna advises leading global and local clients on domestic and international tax matters, global acquisition and complex group reorganization for multi-national enterprises, on day-to-day businesses and tax audits across a range of industry sectors, including luxury, pharmaceutical, digital media and content, software and IT.
Her practice also encompasses tax structuring, tax due diligence, negotiation of the tax aspects of deal documentation and post-transaction integration.

Johanna has notably been distinguished in the Best Lawyers 2022 edition "Ones to watch in France" in the field of tax.
