Mónica Cubillos Iregui is a senior associate of the Banking & Finance practice in the Baker McKenzie's Bogotá office with more than eight years of professional experience most of them working for financial institutions. She has participated in various local and international project and corporate financing operations.
Before joining the Firm, she was the Wholesale Chief Lawyer at Itaú Corpbanca Colombia S.A.

Mónica has notable experience in Banking & Finance law. Her practice involves international and local financing, project and corporate financing, leveraged acquisitions and public credit. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating agreements under financing transactions, analysis of financing structures, preparation of legal memoranda.
