Kristoff Cox is a senior associate in the Corporate Finance Practice Group in the Brussels office. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2014.
Practice Focus
Kristoff advises clients in the field of corporate finance, covering (public and private) mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and capital market transactions. He also advises clients on corporate compliance and corporate governance matters.
