Kelly Cooney
Biography
Kelly Cooney is an associate in the Transactional Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Chicago office. Prior to joining the Firm, Kelly worked for PwC as a Risk Assurance Associate. While in law school, Kelly served as senior publication editor of Vanderbilt Law School's Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. Kelly also received a certificate of specialization in Law and Business along with her Juris Doctor degree.
Practice Focus
Kelly advises clients on various transactional matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions.
