Daniel Chou

Daniel is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Taipei office. He focuses his practice on the areas of tax, corporate commercial and employment matters. He has experience advising and representing both local and international clients, including corporate income tax, business tax matters, tax treaties issues. He is also seasoned in wealth management area in terms of asset planning, individual income tax and estate planning. In addition to tax practice, he has experience advising and representing both local and international clients on corporate commercial, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, as well as employment and compensation matters.
