H. Henry Chang
Biography
As a leading authority on cross-border investments and dispute resolution, including corporate compliance work, Henry has over 25 years of experience advising leading global multinational as well as domestic clients. Having acted as Managing Principal of the Taipei office, he has an unrivalled depth and scope of experience handling a diverse spectrum of complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
Focusing on the areas of technology/media/telecom (TMT), Henry has extensive experience advising clients on matters involving parallel proceedings across jurisdictions. He also sits on the Steering Committees of the Firm's Asia Pacific Technology, Media, Telecom (TMT) and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups.
