Kelly Chan is an associate in the New York office of Baker McKenzie and is a member of the Firm's North America Tax Practice Group.

Practice Focus

Kelly focuses her practice on advising individuals, family offices, and US and multinational companies on a broad range of domestic tax matters, including funds formation, reorganizations, and wealth management. She also regularly advises on renewable energy tax matters, including the purchase and sale of transferable tax credits.
