Biography
Kelly Chan is an associate in the New York office of Baker McKenzie and is a member of the Firm's North America Tax Practice Group.
Practice Focus
Kelly focuses her practice on advising individuals, family offices, and US and multinational companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, including funds formation, reorganizations, and wealth management. She also regularly advises on renewable energy tax matters, including the purchase and sale of transferable tax credits.
