Sophie Caulliez

Sophie advises leading global and local clients on international, corporate and M&A tax matters. Sophie also advises clients on general tax planning and audits. 

Sophie advises clients on specific French tax incentives, including the Research Tax Credit and tax incentives for investments in Overseas regions.

She provides assistance to clients from a wide range of industry sectors, including healthcare and life science, hospitality, consumer goods and retail.

Sophie is the co-head of the Baker McKenzie’s Healthcare and Life Science EMEA Tax group. She is also a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux) and of the A3F (Association Française des Femmes Fiscalistes).
