Biography
Francisca Castro is associate in Intellectual Property & Technology Law at Baker McKenzie's Santiago office. She joined Baker McKenzie in July 2023.
Before joining the firm, Francisca had prior experience in variety rights protection and domain names arbitration.
Practice Focus
Francisca's current practice focuses on intellectual and industrial property matters, in particular, prosecution and surveillance of trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and domain names. She also assists clients in regards with advertisement and consumer protection law, as well as with regulatory matters with emphasis on pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics and medical devices.
